We received the following error from a customer trying to move files from a GlobalScape SFTP server:

Exception Error SFTP component not connected

The download always halted at 24%.

The solution was to:

1. Disable “Auto Adjust TransferBlock”
2. Set Pipeline Lenght” to 1
